Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Chimera (chimera.chat and the Chimera mobile app). By using it, you accept them.
Using Chimera
You may use Chimera for lawful purposes. Do not use it to harm others, to break the law, to abuse the service, or to attack or overload it. Do not try to get around usage limits or farm free credits.
AI answers
Answers come from AI models. They can be wrong or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it. Do not use Chimera for medical, legal or financial decisions without a qualified person.
Your content
What you write and upload stays yours. You give us the right to store it and to send it to the AI model you choose, only to give you the service.
Plans and credits
Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed through Stripe. Plans renew until you cancel them in Settings, Plan. Credits are used as you chat and are described in the app. Unless the law says otherwise, payments already made are not refunded.
Accounts
You can use Chimera without an account. If you save an account, keep your email safe. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Changes and stopping
We may change the service or these terms. We may stop access to anyone who breaks these terms. The service is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be available.
